Our Story

Canterbury School classmates, Joe O’Connor and Ed Perley, created UDA to solve critical concerns faced by the disabled. Both Joe and Ed experienced life altering events in their teens that left them with permanent disabilities. Joe is an amputee as a result of a car accident and Ed suffered an AVM stroke that resulted in partial paralysis. They both know and have lived the challenges of the mobility disabled.
